The food was adequate but the fries were warm at best. However, the service was horrible! I asked for bacon double meal and the... guy taking my order said they didn't have that. So, I asked for a double cheese add bacon. He said that couldn't be done. Thenwanted to charge separately for my sandwich, fries and drink instead of making it a meal. My son asked for his meal to be large.When we finally got our drink cups, which we had to ask for. They gave him a medium sized one. I informed him that he ordered alarge and he informed me, not once but twice that my son ordered a medium. When I told him that was incorrect, he proceeded totell me a third time and turned and walked away. Then had to ask someone else for straws. I will personally NEVER go back tothat particular MD's. The one star is for the fact that we got all of our food, 5 stars we were in and out of the Drive-through and 4 stars are for... the crew at the pick-up window saying next...now back to that one star, this place does "fish" around the clock but can't seemto service it hot for some reason???? unless you "do-it-yourself " NOW, the other guy gets it right each time we decide to eatthere but they close at 10 pm and their product is much BIGGER. I only went there at my wife's request and seeing a long lineand the smell of food in the air cooking I said "great ???? fresh hot food " not so with the "fish" over cooked and cold ????... my money is good and I believe my food should be as well. This place sucks! I have not been at McDonald's in a while so I decided to go since it was the only place close to the hotel I... was staying at and give it another chance. Just to find out it was a bad desicion. I placed my order through the kiosk andwhile I noticed it took too long I decided to go and asked. As I am standing there I noticed everyone...(mostly kids) were allcongregated including the manager gossiping about another client. I literally stood there about five minutes until I finallyinterrupted their conversation and it is how I was able to get noticed. I really feel sorry for these kids and their badcustomer service! This is why I almost never go to traditional fast food places. The professionalism(I know) and customer service are nonexistent.... I don't want to throw everyone under the bus, but this younger generation is almost clueless on what customer service is. Tryingto interact or get some help was like disturbing their "me" time. Both burgers came out raw and had to have them make themagain. Between the kiosks and customer service, not sure why anyone was even working there. I've said it a 100 times and I'llsay it again, why do people eat at McDonald's? In n out and chick fil A blow this place away. Read more
9-25-2022 Once again your outstanding employee Christina saves the day with a great attitude and customer service. One year... ago Let's face it it's McDonald's it's not fine dinning so there is no way it should get 5 stars. They even messed up my orderand put onions on my burger when I said no onions. But the you lady at the counter who rang me up, I believe her name wasChristina was so polite and so professional something that is lacking in our young people, I just had to give 5 stars. Good foryou McDonald's on hiring this young lady. Please hire more like her and train them like you have her. Read more
Just because you're the manager that made the double quarter pounders with cheese doesn't mean you gave them to me. While you... were too busy calling me a thief and adamantly telling me I was given 2 quarter pounders, I found out what happened when Iopened the box to find the first sandwich you gave me was CHICKEN. and since I was forced through the line 3 times because youdidn't want to give me my fries either and it's 2AM. I will just leave this here and dispute with my card company. Thank you forbeing a proactive manager. Make the food and expedite it too before you call someone a liar. Read more
Nuggets and fries were fresh so no complaints there. Service a little slow but not terrible. Location is clean so a plus.
They are a 24hr location thats closed everynight... They didnt have eggs one night, so they refused me a big breakfast. They are... ALWAYS missing something. They only accept cash some nights.
