I spent well over 20 minutes waiting to have my order taken. Really? When I said something after about five minutes or waiting... she just looked at me then continue to ignore me as it I really weren't there. Yes, like a child would do. I have visited a lot of McDonald's locations throughout my life. I can't honestly say I like fast food - I don't - but this... location was exceptional. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. When my sandwich came out not made to the specslisted on the menu, they immediately remade it. No arguments. No attitude. Certainly all McDonald's locations could takelessons from this one. Nice job everyone! Read more
They gave me old burnt chicken on a biscuit I can't even enjoy breakfast no more just a waste of money
We love this location compared to a few others. Our food is always hot and fresh also never a wait... Love the staff and also... how they greet my son Carter everytime we come thru. Read more
8am came in for breakfast and EVERY single table was dirty. Had to ask the pot-bellied manager for sanitizer and he proceeded to... spray a napkin with sanitizer and hand it to me. 9am now been here for an hour and not a single table has been wiped down.Little to no attention to cleanliness in the dining room though we are in the middle of multiple pandemics. I decided not tothrow away my trash so that someone doesn't sit at my table thinking it's clean when it hasn't been wiped. This is just a lazystaff. The restaurant isn't even busy in the drive-thru nor the inside. I'm filing this same complaint with McDonaldscorporate. Read more
Very rude manager brushed me off when I needed help and then ignored me. Told me to go use the kiosk if I wanted to order food... then walked out the door. Won?t be coming to this location again. I was literally the only person in line and he was too focusedon going outside, probably to smoke a cigarette. There was nobody in the drive through either. Fast food. Not disappointed. Drive thru associate spoke in soft and impossible to determine if the order was correct voice (... it was correct). Location of facility is far from ideal. Read more
