Did an order on the drive through, first the supervisor that took the order in the speaker had no customer service at all no... good afternoon, no you are welcome nothing even thou we where polite, we where very specific with our orders on the speaker,when we received the food we where missing 1 set of fries in which we advise the employee at the window, then the sup came outlooking at us judging thinking we wanted freebies and we had to repeat ourselves and communicate with our faces that we wherenot trying to get anything for free, supervisor was very very very rude. When in to order my meal and 45 min. Later I got a meal and they did not have everything that I ordered. And the person who was... fixing the orders was mixing the tickets so it made me be in there longer than I wanted to be. Read more
I order with the app and sometimes they have glitch not recognizing the code. It tends to get busy as location and often they... get your order mixed up or wrong. Overall, drive in staff always friendly and prompt to give me extra condiments. Read more
Everything was fine except my hashbrowns. They were hard and dry. Had to go back in to get some fresh ones. Another thing is... everyone is working the drive-thru but not the front register. While I was there 2 customer walk out. Read more
I must say this is the best McDonald?s in Central Florida! Every time I stop here I always get amazing service! I stopped here... on Saturday 4/10/2021 and placed a couple orders and Sharae helped me at the front counter! She was Patient! Knowledgeable! &Dedicated! During breakfast time. Bad coffe and not hot. I order egg mac muffin. And, as you can see, they gave me burned bread, and dirty... FOLDED egg!!! For this sandwich the egg is round. Hmm, since when is folded? When I call the restaurant, the manager told methis is the way we serve the sandwich!! Really? This Mcdonald?s is usually pretty good with their service just not at night. Our order (two coke slushies) took over five... minutes to make. Not to mention that they said they completed our order on their computer even when they didn?t. Their food isdelicious but i don?t recommend the coke slushie.
