Worse McDonald ever!! The place smells like sewerage, first thing you noticed is the disgusting floors full of food; tables were... nasty. The order was taken wrong after we waited 10 minutes for our food. You can tell they were short on cookers, the managerkept rushing the poor old ladies that were cooking . Just a bad place to go. Nightmare. A lot of people ?working? but can?t tell by the way the food comes out. I sat in thinking it would be better but HUGE... mistake. The beeping machines NEVER go off which tells me they just leave the fryers forever. They were yelling at each otherinstead of talking and it was so loud. My simple order took 12 minutes and while it said they would bring it to the table thecalled me to go pick it up. What is the purpose of taking a number?? Claimed rewards product, when got to the window item was not available and I was told no points were going to be used. Wrong ,... they took my points and I didn?t get anything. Will never stop at this place ever!!! There are so many fast food restaurantswith better customer service. Read more
Order drive through.. no one at the first window. Lady far away on her phone.. when we get to second window the rude attendant... told us to drive back to pay. I informed her we had previously waited there and no one was there. Her reply: now there is driveback. LOL Of course we decided to leave after this unnecessary treatment. horrible service. Read more
I read the reviews but still went because I was craving McDonald's I honestly thought it can't be that bad and it's the closest... place to eat to where I'm staying so I decided to go. Sadly the ladies that work there are super miserable and might as welllook for a new job the attitude is so unnecessary especially if the customer is being nice and just asking for a simple cupholder because I am one person and can't hold all 3 cups. Well my order is to go so I get to my place to eat my burger ( alreadyupset about the attitude I was given) to find out my burger was completely burnt. ???? The food isn't the problem, it's the customer service and staff almost showing this attitude that greeting customers is beneath... them. At the same time, you can find other employees playing to the point that they don't bother speaking to customers becausethey're focused on a good time. Nothing wrong with making work enjoyable, but you can't neglect the basic requirements ofcustomer service. This has occurred every time I've gone to this location and if they can't work the window properly, perhapsanother position is more suitable. Read more
Just left here, on my to work I stopped in to get a number 7, which I didn't get. What I did get was 2 plain burgers but was... charged for cheese burgers. Tried calling store several times with no answer. Let me add , and I say this with all due respect,the kid taking my order misunderstood everything I said, why does he have a head set? You should be able to communicate withyour customers efficiently. This place needs a real bilingual with a head set. Read more
MD is classed as fast food, this was not the experience that I recived at this restaurant, 25 mins for an order to be processed... is not fast, and was cold with items missing, serviced by staff with no enthusiasm or regards to any customer service.
