This mcdonalds is my favorite restaurant thay are so ready for action and so professional it's more than a pleasure. Food always... fresh and hot . The least they could do is update their hours. This place isn't 24/7 at all. Since y'all put cones on one side of the drive... thru, why not put some on the other to let customers know y'all are closed. It'd save us the hassle of waiting only to realizeno one is coming to the speaker. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's. The late night/early morning crew are neglectful and lazy. There have been numerous times I went... there overnight just to be met with silence. I know people are there, one even looked me straight in the face as I was pullingoff. Two of them were outside smoking and rushed inside when they saw my car pull up to the drive thru. Read more
DEFINITELY NEED MORE EMPLOYEES!! @ THIS LOCATION. This particular McDonald's is usually very busy, with extremely long... lines 24/7. However, today it was not busy at all, NO LINES YES! ????. I was a little surprised that it wasn't busierconsidering it was around 8:00 pm. I expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised ???? to find myself first in line foronce. So I figured I would be in and out, really quickly. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me. I placed an order for (2) Mc-doubles, one "PLAIN" and the other Regular with (2) orders of 10-piece nuggets, just 4 items in total. When I pulled upto the window to pay for my meal, I was asked if I could pull over and park and someone would bring my food out to me? I agreedto pull over and park although I didn't see the need to leave the drive-through when there were no other vehicles behind me thatwould have required me to move or pullover... After waiting for about 8 minutes for someone to bring my order to me, I then hadto send the order back due to one of the burgers not being plain as requested. I explained to the Representative/ Employee thatmy daughter is highly allergic to Ketchup, and onions, which is why I asked for one of the burgers to be plain. I even pointedout that whoever prepared the Mc-doubles put a "PLAIN" Sticker on it indicating that the burger is plain knowing full well thatthe burger was not plain, why even put a sticker on it? when I asked for the sandwich to be remade. The employee reluctantlytook the bag out of my hand and walked away from me without saying a word. I then proceeded to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for myorder to be corrected and brought back to me. what I thought was going to be a quick drive-through pick-up turned into almost a20-minute wait for 2 burgers and 2 orders of nuggets.
