I order from uber eats from this macdonald's my food was cold and i also found hair in my food. I called at least 4 times before... somone picked up to help me. I also spent $41 on my order i was told to let them know when i can come back and pick up my orderthey gave to me cold with hair in it and no one picked up the day i wanted to colw get my food ignoring the phone calls. I have never been more disgusted with a group of staff members in my life. I work door dash as a little side gig and I had to... come back multiple times. Every time I came in the workers were ignoring the guests waiting in the lobby. Anytime someone wouldask a question they would get annoyed. One young gentleman told off a disabled woman and was unwilling to assist her at theregister.. I walked her over to the kiosk and helped her check out with the self checkout. The fact that the worker discardedthis wheelchair bound woman and walked away made my blood boil.. to the manager of the 3005 W colonial staff, Every singlemember of your team that worked the late evening of 10/02/2022 was absolutely rude and unwilling to provide any type of customerservice.
