I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a McDonald's, in my 50 years of living. I encounter 3 people, 2 teens, and a... manager that need to be trained by me. I asked one of the teens for a fork and he asked me what for. Umm just give me a fork.After going through this with him he gets a manager and she gives me a fork. The staff at this location is such a joke. There?s one man in particular that works here. He walks away from the counter when... you approach to order or seek help. I once walked up to the entrance and he asked if I was picking up an order only to tell me,?The lobby is closed. Go in the drive-thru.? I joined the drive-thru line instead only to be told that they are out of the itemswhich displayed as available that I bought through an in-app mobile order. You can?t even exit the drive-thru from the sidebecause it?s barricaded in. You have to sit and wait through the entire line their ridiculously slow service to leave. Pulled into the drive thru line and had to wait 20 minutes just to get to the speaker. Didn't get our food for another 10... minutes and still had to wait 5 minutes for 1 drink that was mostly water. I thought this was a FAST FOOD establishment?? Not tomention the teenagers that work there who don't care about their job and would rather joke around and talk instead of takingcare of their customers. Horrible service and communication. Would not recommend coming here if you want a quick meal, but woulddefinitely recommend them hiring a new team. Read more
Went inside at first to get some food (obviously), and no one was working the register and five to seven people were working the... back and the window. Not sure what that's about but, went to the drive-thru and it took them a second to give me my order. Wenthere out of convenience and nothing more. Read more
The food was packaged well. It was hot when we brought it home. The shake machine was working so we picked up two delicious... chocolate shakes with our meals. The whole order for the three of us was around $30.00 for the three combos and two shakes.Overall a good meal for the price. Read more
It's McDonalds, it is what it is when you need something fast and pretty tasty. Service here can be very hit or miss and if... choosing the drive-thru anywhere past the time the dining room closes you're gambling. Could be a 2 minute experience orunfortunately up to 30 minutes (I've timed it and waited that long unfortunately before and if you're too far into the linethere is no escape). Read more
