I hate it when I down my meal and go for my drink which I think is fruit punch and it's water. I informed the manager he was not... that caring nor receptive he said he would change it tho. They are trying really hard to get the overwhelming number of orders completed in time (dine in, drive thru, online orders, etc)... but they are obviously short staffed. Took forever to get our food, fries were lukewarm. If you missing anything like ketchup, get back in line with everyone else who is waiting for their foods that is also taking too long. It's rough out there... Theywere polite and willing tho and I appreciate that. Read more
I stopped in to pick up something quick to eat. I was struggle with the electronic ordering and when I looked up the manager... recognized the struggle bus face. He quickly took my order, and less than 3 minutes later I was out the door. Everyone waspolite and friendly. Plus the decor is the nicest and welcoming place I?ve been in. Great job team! Read more
Didn?t catch names but the two gentlemen who were working the drive though at 10pm on 6/7/22 were amazing. It?s probably the... best McDonald?s experience I?ve had. They were nice and sweet and seemed like they actually cared. I?ve never had issues withthis McDonald?s but this was standout. Read more
With extensive social distancing measures in place, everything is open, except the self order kiosks, and the self-service drink... machine. All employees wear masks, and customers set far apart from one another, and tables are sanitized. Read more
So I decided to go to McDonald?s because I haven?t had a big Mac in a really long time. I stopped eating it because in the past... when I ate one of the burgers it tasted really nasty. But I was thinking today ?well they probably come along way since thenespecially since all the bad news about their food so let me just try it one more time.? When I ordered my food I got free fries because of a mobile order coupon. When I started to eat my fries I got halfway in when I realized that in the middle of myfries was a huge fried bug. I threw up the fries That was in my mouth so quickly. This is absolutely disgusting, andunacceptable. They never gave me a receipt so I could never do a survey. But I went straight to the McDonald?s website and Ifiled a complaint. One thing is for sure I am never going back to McDonald?s ever again, you should do the same. Read more
By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. No organization and sense of customer service. I ordered a simple sausage and... cheese McMuffin, hash brown, and small iced coffee at 10:53am at the kiosk because everybody knows nobody is at the registerwhen you walk in or acknowledges you to begin with. After 10 minutes of sitting in side since I chose dine in and got my tablenumber I went to the counter and waited another 10 minutes to wait for someone to acknowledge me. Once somebody came to me Itold them I had not received my food and looked at me like they had no idea what I was Talkin about. After that they had to gomake my sandwich which I received 5 minutes later without the hash brown. I told the girl I ordered a hash brown as well for thesecond time and she had an attitude and went and made my hash brown which took another 3 minutes. Also my iced coffee wassitting behind the counter getting watered down and my sandwich is now getting cold waiting on the hash brown. I finallyreceived all aspects of my simple meal after 28 minutes. To me that is a ridiculous amount of time at a fast food Restaraunt fora simple sandwich and hash brown. There was no apology, no acknowledgement of the situation, no sense of customer service. Ihonestly felt like I was an inconvenience to them and would NEVER order from the location. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I alsowitnessed 5 other customers have issues with their orders as well.
