If I could give y'all zero Stars I would. I went to the window to get my food Linora handed me a drink and I told them several... times light ice. When I got to the window it was a whole lot of ice in there and I told her could you give me less ice and Isaid it very kindly she grabbed my drink poured out all the ice and handed me the drink. She was very rude and she does not needto work in customer service when I called Aaliyah the manager put me on hold after I was telling her I'm calling to complainbecause I was not happy with the service that I was provided she put me on hold to take an order. It's a hit or miss honestly. I mean IT IS mcdonalds AND in Orlando lmao. Staff can either be super cool or the most rudest... you'll ever meet. Food can either be cold and stale or fresh af. You never know when you get there! Read more

Horrible food overall. Worst thing is this is the third time we?ve gotten fries that were incredibly undercooked. Though... friendly, the staff just didn?t care that the fries were just barely warm raw potato sticks. Read more
Come for the day shift, the older women there are the sweetest people you will ever meet and really should be the ones teaching... the evening crew how to act. For some reason the 6pm crew I saw half where out of uniform, sitting the counter and chatting withemployees on duty. I am guessing they were employees because they kept going to the back and where using keys to lock and unlockthe door. Oddly for half an hour they refused to take any dine in customers who waited outside with the UberEats and DoorDashpick up crew who also had to wait for 20 mins even though we had pick ups that said they were ready now. They only were lettingin people they know, because opening back up and acting like nothing happened. Still not sure what happened but when I asked theemployee took back my order and screamed to the other employee "do not give HIM his food". I am not male by the way. Very odd.Not sure if they were just trying to do an unauthorized break and have fun with their friends. But if they really wereemployees, if you are using keys and going behind the counter, maybe it is best to be in uniform or how do we know if it's justa non working friend or someone who is unsantized. Drove through the drive thru ordered two happy meals and used the 20 percent off coupon in the app. Paid and received my food,... got one happy meal. Had to pull up and wait 3 minutes to order the other happy meal I had previously ordered. Ordered and paidfor my second happy meal and didn't even recieve the 20 percent off had I got my meal the first time I ordered it. Paid more andwaited way longer. Read more
This location is always busy that open 24 hours at the drive thru. Their food are alway fresh when compared to other McDonald... nearby, their harsh brown are so crispy in the morning and sausage burritos are well stuffed. Their employees are well mannerand respectful. Definitely choose this location than other McDonald in the area!!! Read more
