If I could give y'all zero Stars I would. I went to the window to get my food Linora handed me a drink and I told them several... times light ice. When I got to the window it was a whole lot of ice in there and I told her could you give me less ice and Isaid it very kindly she grabbed my drink poured out all the ice and handed me the drink. She was very rude and she does not needto work in customer service when I called Aaliyah the manager put me on hold after I was telling her I'm calling to complainbecause I was not happy with the service that I was provided she put me on hold to take an order. It's a hit or miss honestly. I mean IT IS mcdonalds AND in Orlando lmao. Staff can either be super cool or the most rudest... you'll ever meet. Food can either be cold and stale or fresh af. You never know when you get there! Read more

This location is always busy that open 24 hours at the drive thru. Their food are alway fresh when compared to other McDonald... nearby, their harsh brown are so crispy in the morning and sausage burritos are well stuffed.
