Great place for a weekend brunch. Only downside is no parking lot and had to do on street parking. This along with that the... outside tables are on a raised platform makes this restaurant difficult for my husband who is disabled. The menu was eclecticand delicious. I ordered the lobster omelet and the portion of lobster was very generous! Great place for weekend sangria ormimosas served in a mason jar ala wine glass. Thumbs up Read more

We have lived in Orlando 5 years and never managed to make it a priority to visit. What a mistake, Maxine’s was amazing! We... stopped by around 2:00 on a Sunday and sat at the bar with Mr. Maxine and Mark. Both were incredibly friendly and helpful andother staff members stopped by to say hello as well. We ordered the sangria (delicious) and then followed up with the tangerinemimosas (also delicious). For breakfast I got the brisket and my partner got the chicken bowl all the way. Both were sodelicious and we left with leftovers. Can’t believe I waited for long to visit. Will definitely be back in the near future. The decorations for Halloween were fantastic as well and all for sale with the proceeds going to charity! P.S. I normallydon’t do biscuits because they tend to be too dry. These were delicious and moist. I ordered one to go! Read more

A quirky establishment with a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. We came in with a reservation, and were promptly seated and... welcomed. Upon first glance, the menu seemed plain, with little offerings. I opted for magical dining, so I could try a widevariety of things. My coconut shrimp were great. However my steak, not so much. Mixed veggies and steak was tasty. However themashed potatoes were very odd. The gravy seemed to have cinnamon, which confused me, and took my appetite away. My party couldagree, as the mashed potatoes were the stopping point in eating the entree. Those that had the chicken Parmesan said it was notflavorful, and tasted watery. Dessert was similar fare, with dessert being mediocre. Reading the reviews initially made me veryexcited, and I’ve heard so much about this place. The food was very lackluster and mediocre. May change if I do come tobrunch. Read more

Amazing little place in a neat location, tons of character, the food was so good we have to go back and try more, had trouble... choosing what to order because everything looked so good, and the specials were even more tempting. You know it's good when theside of veggies were delicious and cooked to perfection. Within minutes we meet both owners and had their personalrecommendations and off menu wine specials to order. We cleaned our plates and had to order desert, we received comp glasses ofchampagne for my wife's b-day and a personal toast from the owner. A MUST visit if you are in town. Read more

Awesome vibes with great food and great company. Our server (Julia is her name j believe) was EXCELLENT! She was a wizard at... remembering orders. Food was awesome. The artwork was phenomenal. No wonder this is a local favorite! They did however hustle usin trying to take our plates away when we were clearly still working on it. That was a little annoying. Read more

We dined here on Friday after searching Google maps for a brunch spot. We were NOT disappointed! We did make a reservation on... their website so if you can, that would be helpful as there is not a whole lot of seating, especially if the weather is notgood. This place is so fun and unique! I want to go back soon because there were several items on the menu I wanted to try. Iwent for the Chicken & Biscuit Bowl. YUMMY! Some of the best biscuits I've ever had. The gravy was so hearty, it reminded me ofpot pie filling. The chicken was fried perfectly. I added cheese and the double thick bacon.....woah! Always add the bacon. Myhusband ordered the burger. Cooked perfectly medium rare. The bread I think had garlic salt on it.....delicious! Get the baconon it too!! Can't wait to come back with friends! Read more

This was a neat place! Very local, and the owners are very involved! Good for brunch, and all of the staff was very friendly... and content! Food was good, and drinks were refreshing. Only downside, they freshly painted the red tables, but the paintwasn't weathered or dry, it ruined a really nice shirt. Overall, worth checking out! Read more

Such a cute place!! Seriously, I loved it! The service was amazing. They poured our mimosas for us and greeted and sat us... immediately. The seasonal mimosa was peach and how yummy it was! I had the fried green tomatoes to Ed with a crab cake alongwith the mixed veggies and potatoes. I forgot what sauce I had but it was spicy and had fish in it. Also so good!! I wouldn'trecommend the veggies unless you bring your own seasoning, but everything else was literally so flavorful. Definitely a cutelocal spot to go back to for brunch!! Read more
