My boyfriend was helping someone find a shoe at Sketchers and they told him about the restaurant. He told me we had to go... because the gentleman was so nice. We went to the restaurant as soon as he got off and I am glad we did. The food was so sogood! Service was both kind and fast. I got curry goat, which was cleaned perfectly and tasted amazing. My boyfriend got stewbeef and it instantly reminded him of home, he got full and still could not stop eating. This restaurant reminds us of home andis a place we will now be frequenting. Whomever from the restaurant who met my boyfriend at Sketchers (he is bad with names)THANK YOU! (I would show our plates but we ate them rather quickly????) Read more

Worst Jamaican food ever eaten! Jerk chicken was burned and tasted old. Beans and rice was not Caribbean. Two very small... pieces of sweet plantain. Very disappointed! Should have taken a picture of the entire plate before dishing out. Read more

Holly molly! The food is quite amazeballs! If I could, I?d used swear words to describe just how good it is! But of course,... that?s not appropriate. So I?ll just say, it was the BEST meal I consumed during my whole trip to Florida. It?s made such andimpact that I consider it among the top 15 dishes I?ve ever had! The flavors and quality were exceptional! We ordered theoxtails, curry goat, and festival. I?ve had my eye out for Jamaican festival for some time. I was not disappointed, and I waspleasantly surprised at its little hint of sweetness. I also loved all the exotic fruit juice options. I really really hope, with all my heart, that Mark continues to have a prosperous and fulfilling career! This place is magical and deserves only thebest! It better be here next time I visit! Mark's Jamaican Bar and Grill is that spot you go to when you want something wholesome, flavorful, and just hands down... delicious. Anytime my family is in the area 9 times out of 10, we make it a point to have dinner from this restaurant. I amabsolutely in love with the chicken stir fry. That dish makes you want clap your hands and stomp your feet. ???????????????? Ihave also got to see the infamous Mark himself from afar. He had come out to talk to some customers that placed a special order. He was super nice and made sure they left with everything they needed. I thought that was really great for him to come outespecially because it was a super busy day. He took his time with them and didn't try to rush through any details they needed toknow. All in all they left with smiles and so did I. Read more

I love supporting small business and I enjoy Caribbean food but this was not it. The restaurant is nice and clean and staff is... wonderful however, my food wasn't tasty. Rice was over cooked and mushy. Curry shrimp although reddish in color that was yummy.Curry goat was unseasoned and tasted heated up. I don't think that was cooked fresh. I could only eat the shrimp and potatoes. That was the only thing that tasted good. Read more
