I've been going to Marcos for a few years now, usually other locations which started out well enough but as of late have been... lacking and not quite what I enjoyed in the beginning. That being said I was looking for a location that would be on my homefrom work and stumbled upon this location. The service was quick and efficient and the serving size and quality above and beyondwhat I have been getting elsewhere. Will be back here again in the near future. Read more

We have been wanting to try Marco's for a while now, we have one near our house back home, we came for vacation and decided to... try it bc it was an eat in. They have 2 small tables but most people ordered to go so it was fine for us to eat there. Weordered a small cheese pizza for our kids and a large deluxe and family size Italian salad for the adults, my 2 kids ate therewhole pizza, they said it was so good they wanted to come back tomorrow lol. The pizza we had was very good as well, we lovedthat salad too. We have been here for 2 weeks and it was one of the best meals we had and we have spent almost double than whatwe spent tonight. They staff was friendly and went out of there way to bring everything to the table and asked if we neededanything. If we lived here we would definitely go often. Like a lot of other recent reviewers who have been with this branch for a while, I am done. I?ve purchased from the Hiawassee... branch since it opened. I suspect this franchise must be under different ownership than years past, because service has gonecompletely out the door?on location and with their ?corporate office?. They messed up my order every time I ordered this year,and respond rudely with excuses and drama when mistakes were brought to their attention. The corporate office seems to think afree order of bread sticks will make everything better. I have not given up on the Marco?s brand, but I will travel further to adifferent location when I decide to purchase Marco?s Pizza moving forward. Update; ???? That standard response below that everycompany gives to ?look? responsive is old. BTW, I dealt with the corporate office more than once. You had chances and didn?tmake it right. Read more

Pretty good pizza. Crust isn?t too thick or thin. Fast service!
I have been buying pizza here for 5 years, I have never had any problems. Last Thursday, January 6, we asked for the usual, it... arrived almost on time, but the Delivery guy was super rude, complaining that he could not find the apartment (which had NEVERhappened), he delivered the pizzas in a bad way and when we opened the boxes We saw the pizzas all crumpled to one side of thebox and all sticking together, the brownie seems to have sat on it. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks on 9-9-22 and contacted store through the app and have not gotten a response yet. I also... posted on instagram with pictures. Pizza was bad due to cheese sliding off pizza into box. I did complete the survey on9-9-22 Not gotten response since responding Still No Response. Worst Customer Service Ever. Read more
