Service was great. Appreciated how patient they were with us because of how indecisive we were. They had a ton of flavours to... choose from and we had a bunch of toppings to choose from. The ice cream is rich; doesn't taste watered down like Baskin Robbinsdoes. Will definitely be coming back. Read more

I haven?t been to Marble Slab in a while but I remember it being great and this was just ?okay?. This location does not offer... samples at the moment, which I understand in the post-COVID world we?re living in, but that is important to know. They also donot do orders over the phone. This has been something I?ve done with most restaurants/food places for years and never had aplace say that was not possible. I was especially taken back because there was not a soul on there when I went on a Wednesdayevening. However, those are just my preferences and my rating comes from the favor of the ice cream and the state of thetoppings- and the price not being worth it. I got the birthday cake and it tasted like a base ice cream flavor with a hint ofvanilla. I added rainbow sprinkles and a brownie. The brownie had a crusty texture which to me means it?s old and did not havemuch chocolatey flavor. If it?s not possible to maintain all the toppings, have fewer topping that you can maintain better. Ifthey come crusty, that?s a shame. My husband got a raspberry sorbet that to him was not very flavorful (I think it has a verybitter after taste) and gummy bears on the side. There were 5-6 gummy bears and that just seems very sparse. I?m a huge fan ofice cream and know that when it comes to places like this, not every flavor will be my favorite but the toppings should be onpoint and the flavor should be present. We both got a medium/regular and my husband said it was about $15. Not worth it, whichis the reason for the rating. Maybe those flavors are the 2 misses and there?s something else that is much better but Iwouldn?t go back to test it, especially while they are not doing samples. Read more
They have great ice cream but I felt there is better at Coldstone Creamery. The flow is odd in the they kept taking orders so by... the time we had to pay we had to move around customers waiting. I would return as the food was good. Read more
