Truthfully, I can not say enough good things about this place. I was beyond thrilled when I saw a location was opening near me... because I used to order from Maple Street all of the time when I worked out in Union Park. Since this location opened, I havevisited several times. The staff here is the epitome of top notch because they treat you like family the moment you walk throughthe door. Staff member, Nassi, at the front has a beautiful smile and it is a perfect way to be greeted. It's obvious by theambience of this location, that there is a top-down positive attitude from the management team who is running this location.I've had the pleasure of speaking with and giving kudos about their staff to Mike and Noemi a couple of times and they both arededicated to offering the best experience to every customer. The food here is incredible. Be prepared to wait just a bitthough. Whether or not there is a line (and there very well may be,) it does take some time to put all that deliciousness intoeach order. Do trust that Julie and the rest of the team are preparing things just right for you though! Also, be prepared toanswer their question of the month that gets posted on a huge chalkboard inside. Your answer will be the name of your order andJulie will say it loud and proud. Imagine having "Meerkat" or "Michael Jackson" shouted across the room. Stumbled upon this gem for a late breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful?talk about personable and created a fun... dining atmosphere for our family. We ordered the Bam Yo Yo and the farmer along with an order of cinnamon chocolate chipbiscuits. All hits. The chicken was juicy and fried perfectly. You could tell the biscuits were freshly made, from freshingredients (nothing pre-made or frozen) you can literally watch them make from scratch. We came here for breakfast on a Monday, July 11 to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The menu was short and to the point, well... laid out and everything looked delicious and the bakery smelled amazing! This eatery is an order at the counter and sit andthen they call your name and the answer to a monthly question. Our "name" was Michael giraffe.... Super cute and fun! Theatmosphere was good, not too busy for brunch time (weekends may be different) and it only took about 15 minutes for our food.The kids loved their waffles and their sausage gravy was sooooooo good! I've been to a few different locations and this one does not disappoint. It's 2 weeks new and is doing awesome so far. The... dishes are impeccable and consistent in portion and flavors as compared to the other locations. The staff is friendly - Aaronwas so very helpful and allowed me to customize some dishes for my picky teenager. The location is clean and the ambiance isinviting. Will definately be back. First time experience and new store in the area. Let me begin with OUTSTANDING food from The Cowboy dish, the Chicken Club, the... cinnamon biscuits and the vanilla waffle made our breakfast experience MAGNIFICENT! The customer service from the attentivecashier who offered great suggestions, to the management team Michael who made our list as a go to and must return in Orlandofor breakfast.
