There are bad and good days however no longer than 1 hour after myreview was posted Mama Romanos manager contacted me to deeply apologize for their inconvenience. I truly truly was not expectingit i have never gotten a response when unsatisfied and they went beyond and treated me to a reorder on them. Excellent service. When i arrived at the store during súper busy hours i was taken very well care of. Awesome waitress. She told us it was her first time waiting tables there. She's new from New York. Unfortunately I forgot her... name but she did amazing! The pizza and bruschetta was great and the Zeppoli were very good. The wings, nice and big andcrispy. Recommend if you haven't tried. Read more
This is so far, the best Italian food I have eaten in Central Florida. Every single dish was delicious. The soups, the pizza... slices are big. The lasagna was super tasty with a lot of meat. The wings where crispy and full of flavor. I ordered thehoney garlic ones. And let not forget their excellent service. All the staff was great. Our waitress was awesome guiding usthrough the menu.
