Lucy's Puerto Rican Kitchen has been my favorite food truck for the last few years. To start, the owner is a very kind and... amazing woman. Even when she is hard at work making the best empanadas in Orlando she makes the time for a kind word or two. Ilove being able to call in my order and pay on CashApp. There is no wait when I arrive so I can dive right into my favorite beefand cheese empanadas. I traveled to PR in June of 2022 and of all I had eaten none could come close to Lucy's empanadas. It's ashort drive from downtown Orlando. A must-stop if in the area. Food always made fresh and to order! My absolute fav is the Carne Frita w/ Mofongo. The meat is crunchy on the outside and... juicy on the inside and the mofongo is never ever dry. The Empanadillas are great as well and stuffed to the max! They alsocater. I ordered several trays of the Empanadillas for my Husband's birthday party and everyone raved about them. This family owned business is... my favorite local go to for some delicious and affordable Puerto Rican food! This family is hard working and always friendly!
