Ok this is a two part review, we had a great dinner with some not so great results. Only reason I am mentioning the not so great... results is that the manager Jason took care of the issue and made it right. Steaks were very over-seasoned and this is the firsttime in the many many visits to Longhorn so I don't believe it is an ongoing problem. Other than that, everything was spot onand great! Read more
I got seated right away and checked in on yelp. Everyone just kept walking past me. No acknowledgement, no hello someone will be... right with you, no nothing. At 18 minutes, a young lady finally asked have you been helped? And I say no and she says let mecheck and see who your server is and asked if i wanted anything to drink. She left and after a few minutes, she came back withwater and bread & butter. She told me my server will be right over. Still had to awhile but he finally came and apologized.Stated they didn't tell him they assigned him my table. Nevertheless, I ordered wings for an appetizer and he brought me anorder of shrimp ? he took it back and came back with wings. As usual, the wings were great. For my meal, I ordered Parmesancrusted chicken with seasoned rice and mashed potatoes. It was decent. The rice was not seasoned. I enjoyed some of my meal butdefinitely not all of my meal. The wait to be seated was 1.5 hours for our large party for a birthday celebration. We couldn't all sit together due to fire... hazard. Noticed some of the plates weren't clean... food particles visible. The waitress was continuously asked to bring strawsand napkins as she waited on several tables in between ours. Having 9 people at our table, I felt cramped, especially seeing thedishes not cleared away sooner. Eventually the manager came over and asked if we needed anything. Not a good choice for a largegroup, but highly recommend for couples or table of 4... just not this location... tourists spot! Love the food ???? Read more
We had to wait 20mins to get a table. The onions blooms too oily. We ordered the T bone steak medium and it was well done. Also... the filet , we ordered it medium and it came well done and the potion of the filet was too small almost like a kids meal. Read more
This was my very first time to dine at this particular Longhorn, and my decision was totally on a whim after a brief shopping... visit at the neighboring outlet mall. I'm glad that I chose to stop here, as my lunch dining was exceptional in all the rightways. Delicious meal (chop steak with sides) and perfect service today by Aubrey. The dining room was very clean and veryorganized. The check-in at the host station was friendly and easy. Today I was dining solo, and that can occasionally bring outthe worst of customer service by a few restaurants. That was certainly not the case here today. I was made to feel both welcomeand valued. Aubrey checked on several occasions to make sure all was OK (and it definitely was!) and I also had a moment toshare my satisfaction about the meal with a member of management. Some restaurants further down International Drive have somechallenges with parking, but that isn't an issue here whatsoever. That was easy and appreciated. Our server was exceptional. Made recommendations and kept up with the table. Made sure everything was right. Drinks never sat... empty. 2 steaks ordered Rare were perfect. (It's refreshing to get things cooked to proper temperature.) My burger was spot onand we all had side salads. Absolutely recommended. The drink specials didn't appeal (Bud and Miller Lite Drafts) but the foodand service was impeccable. Read more
The good part: our waiter is one of best, fast service, didn't miss anything. Steak was delicious as usual. Price was... great. The bad part: they are under staff on a Sunday night. Half of the restaurant is empty, but we had to wait 30 minutes fortable. I hope the management will see this and make adjustment. Read more
The restaurant seem pretty clean, our waiter was really nice, there was 5 tables all next to each other, looks like they were... under staff. The food was good, not issues, right temperature on the meat!! The service could be better, our waitress wasgetting busy at the bar, that she forgot about us, our first plates weren?t clear out from the table and even when we got ourentrances. I understand that she was busy but I?d she would it be more attentive I would spent more money. Good food and niceportions and the price are fair. Give it a shot, hopefully you get good service. I will give it a second shot, just because ourwaiter was nice the 3 times she came to our table. Read more
