The food was basic. They also consider rice and beans two separate sides so they charged me 4$ for a side of beans when my... plater was already 18$. Also this is a fast food made to order establishment and they also had the audacity to ask for tip whenI was paying. When there are no waitresses just cashiers and they provide no other service other than taking orders andprocessing payments. I refuse to tip for a to go order where there was no service provided. Very Underwhelming. I went here with my husband. I am quite familiar with the La Granja franchise especially the Winter Park and... SoFlo locations. I ordered a fish fillet combo and he got the sautéed beef with fries. We dined in. My yellow rice and blackbeans were without flavor. The beans themselves were not evenly cooked. Some were mushy, others were as hard as a rock. Theyalso tasted a bit burned. My fried fish with smothered in an off putting sauce, and the breading was soggy. Not very appetizing. My husband?s fries were cold, mushy, and lacking salt. The location was clean and the staff was rather quick when cleaning upthe tables. The wait time for the food was about 12 minutes. I would advise anyone wanting La Granja to just make the drive tothe one in Winter Park. The flavor and taste of the food is better and it?s cheaper. The place was very busy but my husband and I decided to try it. The food was really good, we had the churrasco, white rice... black beans and sweet plantains. Our beverage was Inca kola. Definitely will return to try other dishes. The staff was friendlyand hospitable. Read more

Cashiers have a horrible attitude, food is overpriced. Ordered a combo plate and was not told about any sides, just stared at... rudely and talked down to. $49 for mediocre attitudes. I would rather bring my business to a respectable restaurant like DonJulio?s. I wish I had the opportunity to rate it a zero star. I do not see the excitement with this chain of restaurants. Themenu screen changes so quickly, and the hostess?s do not care enough to help out new customers. Chefs eating the food whilecooking, completely unprofessional. Read more
