Amazing! The chef / owner has fantastic customer service. While I was waiting for my food to finish, I was offered samples of... other foods to try. The inside seating is about 6 chairs at the bar plus a few chairs around the pool table. Seems to be a bar /pool hall that was converted to a restaurant. Plays hip hop / pop music at a medium level. You get to watch your food cook rightin front of you. Btw, the owner is from the US Virgin Islands. My food was so good. My life is complete. Haha. I?m glad thereare some thriving business in Parramore. I?ll admit, the area was a little sketchy but there?s street parking directly in frontof the restaurant so I didn?t have to walk far from my car. Read more
Go somewhere else to eat, it's not worth it. Ordered the All American Breakfast and a Breakfast Sandwich. We received a message... saying that the All American Breakfast was unavailable so they swapped it out with a Wing Platter (not even remotely similar),then another message that the Breakfast Sandwich was unavailable so they swapped it out with....the All AmericanBreakfast...(but was just told this is out?) When we got the food, toast was burnt, grits were grainy, bacon was flavorless (noidea how this is possible), fries were soggy, and the wings were small, although the best part of the meal. Didn't eat much ofit, threw the rest out. Another big part of that would be that we found a long hair tangled within the fries bunching a few ofthem together. Naturally, won't be eating here ever again and if this is the kind of service and food quality thats common fromthis restaurant, it's better off closing and saving others the trouble. Read more
Do not waste your time with this place. A friend was sending me a Valentine gift of food from this restaurant delivered by Uber... eats. My friend lives in Thailand, and she was trying to surprise me. Something went wrong with the order and my friend askedme to call the restaurant. The man answering the phone didn?t want to listen, as I was asking about a order placed through Ubereats. He just stated he didn?t know anything about and doesn?t care and hung up. I called back to ask to speak to someone tosort this out, I got the same response and he hung up on me again. If an order is received to be delivered by Uber eats, theywould have a record of it. They charged my friend $45 and didn?t fill the order. I never got the food. They don?t care anddon?t want to be bothered with a customer who is checking on an order?? Just taking from people and they just don?t care. Don?t go near this place. They really don?t care. Update one. My friend in Thailand resent the order. I actually receivedthe food this time, since I stood outside waiting for Uber eats to deliver. Not the best delivery service, driver couldn?tfigure out that the note, call the number provided for delivery meant to call me when they arrived at the gate of the apartmentcomplex. As for the food, it was ok. As a gift from a very special lady living in Thailand, it is one of the best gifts ever. As the quality of food here in Orlando, it was nothing great. It was wings with fries and a shrimp meal with grits. Red velvetcake for dessert. I think they let the food sit a while under the warmer. The wings were small and dry, although they coveredthem well in a sauce. The fries were also dry from sitting. The shrimp and grits were bland. I think most of the sauce leakedout of the dinner carton into the bag. They should have realized filling the entire base with grits will leave no room for thesauce on top, so it all leaked out into the bag. The red velvet cake was very dry, old. R Read more
