I love this place but, the employees mostly black females and yes I'm a black adult man are very rude when I am standing up... waiting for my order after I have paid $9.89 for a three piece combo. Me and my family went into this restaurant 6th of November we ordered a 16 piece meal to share. When the miserable man who looks... like he doesn't want to be there wasn't speaking clear English definitely didn't sound American so I said sorry I don'tunderstand he said it again and he was frustrated the two women behind counter was laughing like it was funny. Giving me someoptions for the family meal what chicken would I like which is fair enough different to UK. The women started laughing again. MyHusband went to collect the food started laughing at him which he ignored we sat down tucked in with 2 small children. We camehome 24 hours later and all got food positioning. We had nothing else to eat that day and my Husband says he remembers he noticethe last bit of chicken was abit pink but couldn't be bothered to say anything so we left because the customer service isshocking!!. Music far too loud. Staff shouting each other in the kitchen isn?t fun either. Long waits for food. Chips taste great but very... small portions. Visited twice this week, ran out of sandwiches both times. Won?t be visiting a third time :?( Read more

So I understand people feel underpaid and under appreciated at work I?m 23 so I get the feeling but you aren?t forced to work... here. These workers make it harder for themselves they were taking up to 10 minutes per order with a full staff of people.Constantly on there phones and talking with each other you complain about not making a livable wage but do not wanna work maybeif you did your job you would get further in life or this goes for everyone in here manager on her phone laughing at cat memeswaited 1.5 hours for my food and there was maybe 20 orders ahead of me Read more
This place had the audacity to allow us to stand in line then as we're standing in line they begin closing and locking the doors... and when I finally get up to the counter and it's my turn they decide to say that they are closed. This place is filthy not veryclean one of the dirtiest properties of KFC that I have seen. I don't recommend that anyone comes in here. The combined IQ ofthe staff doesn't come close to the IQ of a walnut. If you are hungry trust me there are many other places around here just pickanything else but them. Read more
Sorry, I don?t have a picture of my food because I HULK smashed it! The chicken was HOT and Fresh. Smoke coming out after every... bite! The workers were well organized and moving fast on the night my wife and I dropped by. Will be returning and expecting thesame quality experience. Read more
