My youngest wanted some KFC and New Drink that in season right now idk drive through was close i thought we Came back parked... and went in like any other person would do if they really wanted something! we went in to find two young lady's running thewhole store meaning taking orders in store drive through plus cooking ? and taking payment like Yaaaaaa they had that under CAP there was another young lady outside working on intercom in drive through which I guess was down "lightning"! Horrible, consistently! I went there today at 2:50 the doors are locked, and there?s a girl standing in the doorway on her... cellphone. I asked, is there a reason the lobby is closed and I can?t order food now. No answer, or explanation, she just walkedaway. It seems like this way below standard is the norm for this restaurant. No one offers you any type of explanation, wich atleast would be the bear minimum of customer service. It?s a bad look for KFC. Horrible!! I would give them a -0 star if I could! I paid 21 dollars for two Mac and cheese bowls and got not even 10 dollars... worth of food inside of the bowl! They told us there would be a 5 mins wait for chicken tender which was okay and then proceededto tell us at window they couldn?t cook them because they are frozen. First Impression when you go to the drive tru it?s so dirty that I wanted to leave but I was hungry and craving for KFC that I... stayed. I ordered tenders and I wanted large fries and the lady told me that at this time she can?t make bigger my combo, thatI can add extra french fries if I want. Ok I did? she told that they were making fresh tenders so I had to park at the entranceat they?ll get me my order to my car. They didn?t put any napkins on it, neither sauces, I have to get down of the car to getthem inside? The place was very dirty too. I ate in the car? first thing, I wasn?t sure if I ordered KFC or Long John Silversbecause the fries smelled and tasted like fish. I don?t know if they?re using the same fryer for fish and fries.. Khalid was taking orders at drive through and was very pleasant. There was no wait time so service was very quick. The chicken... tenders were so tender and delicious.
