Placed my order about 50 minutes before closing. Arrived to pick up my order and was told they had to cancel my order because... they were out of chicken. Manager had no sympathy whatsoever. This is our third time experiencing this in a fast food restaurantaround this area. ???? They also charged me for my order and didn't refund my money. Horribleeeeeeee I was doing uber eats and at 11 pm I try to get into the store was close and they ignore me, so I go to the... drive tru and was alredy like 7 car in front of me, 40 min after expending in the drive tru to pick up the order the guy said tome there's no more food,the even turn off 30 min before close all the lights and more than 20 before closing and it was sooorude, I lost money and time and it's not the first time that do that to us and to the clients, it's just injustice who peoplecan work like that, they don't want to work, please do a favor to the client's and DONT WORK 2 time and I was trying to get outof the drive tru and was imposible, the people that's working at night shifts are horrible supervisor it's worse he don't careabout the store, neither about the client's. Can't even comment on the food. I placed an online order, showed up a full hour before closing, was only 3rd car in line and... they still didn't have our food. It took us over an hour to get to the window at which point the manager made us wait an extra 5minutes until the lights shut off and then told us he had no food left. In fact, he first asked us what we wanted then let usknow there was no more food. And the manager was completely uncaring. He had no sympathy whatsoever, only complained that hehad no help.
