Slow, lazy and incompetent. Manager was telling ppl to wait 30 minutes on food because "he didn't have time for dat"... Yeah, 1.... Learn proper English, 2. THIS is what wants $18 an hour!?!? Another one marked off the list. Pitiful. Read more
When i drove up at the drive thru, there was no one there to take my order for a minute. Then the person didnt sound too... friendly when taking my order. When i received my food, i told her thank you and just gave me a blank stare and left withoutsaying a word. Kfc really falling off with the customer service. Wont be going there again. Might as well go to taco bell (whenit open back up), ihop or juniors colombian burger since they're right there by eachother. Read more
Have been staying at the Wingate hotel which is about 300 yards for this KFC. Have been working in town for about a month and... have frequently benn to this restaurant. During the day have had 0 issues however, most of the issues that I've had have beenduring the dinner or around 8 pm and multiple times have been told to use the drive thru due to the counter operator being onbreak and couldn't be served to we don't have change for a $50 and then tried to be up-saled... Just ridiculous... Especiallybeing about a 1/4 mi. from universal studios. I have told my crew of 12 me to not eat there after 4pm due to crummy service andand will tell others buyers bewear of this restaurants practice. Hopefully upper management reads this post and does somethingabout accommodating all. Read more
I would give no stars if I could. First we arrive and the speaker says they are closed?? Then someone comes on stating they only... accept cash at the moment. Okay. We order a family meal and they say it will take 7 minutes. No problem. We pull up to thewindow and the woman is extremely rude!! We give her the cash and she replies ? you don?t have a five?!?? We are told to pullto the door and they will bring the food out. We are waiting for 30 minutes with two other cars. They start honking and we endup pulling to the window again asking what?s going on?! She just looks at another person and says you were supposed to take thefood out and throws us our bag. If only I could give a negative 5 (-5) I would love to give a negative, tired of all the places around, so decided to go to KFC... and when we get there we see the menu beautiful things specially those tenders? when we get to the speaker THERE IS A SIGN OFONLY CASH RIDICULOUS MY MOUTH STAYED WATERY SINCE MY MIND SET UP FOR THE TASTE OF THE TENDERS MIX WITH THE FRIES.
