They say closing time 11 pm but close 1 hr early. Bs! I drive 20 mins to get food for spicy chicken. Hate it tbh
Constantly opens later than advertised and nothing is ever ready besides original chicken at open. KFC chicken is elite when... fresh but 99% of people have probably never had it that way and won't know otherwise. Staffing issues with be the downfall ofthis location. I?m a bit disappointed with how they prepare food for Uber Eats. I?m just the person who delivers the food. If you didn?t have... enough chicken since the customer ordered you contact that customer to let them know! I?m wasting my time and gas to come out towait 10 minutes in the line at night, and then another 10 minutes to be told to pull forward. A young gentleman came outside totell me that they need to bread chicken which the process takes about 30-40 mins. This is just to much at this point. I wastedmy time picking up an order on the Uber eats App that would be dropped anyways because of unprofessional staff. This is more ofa personal rating, not based on the food. The lobby is cleaned regularly. Bathrooms are clean and neat. Food looks and tastes amazing!
I've been here twice now in the past few weeks which is unusual for me but I ran out of stuff to eat at home. The first time I... ordered the chicken sandwich non spicy. I got home and what did I bite into.. Yup spicy ???? I this nursed bad great burn allnight. So today was my second trip and I wanted 3 pieces of dark meat non spicy chicken... I get home and the good news is thatit was not spicy. The bad news is that it was over cooked and greasy. I got ALL white meat which includes two breasts that wereas dry as sand. There was a biscuit in the box that I did not ask for but ironically it was the best thing in the box. It was soovercooked that it lacked flavor. So I'm warning everyone to check the contents of your box, get ready for serious upsetstomach and over cooked food is you dare to order here.
