Food is good nice and fresh but the driveway thru is slow as hell. I'm from Jamaica queens NY and I lived by the busiest KFC and... it moved fast. This one isn't that busy but the drive thru is the absolute worst. I go 5mi away just to get fast service. Read more
This place is terrible. The service is absolutely terrible. They are extremely rude they do not care about anything. I also saw... some of them doing drugs in the parking lot. This is not okay and needs to change. My children were in the car with me and saweverything that was going on they are lucky I did not call police. Read more
Ordered mobile for pick up an hour ahead of time, doors were locked, employees motioned to go through the drive thru. Sign in... front said doors open for mobile and online orders but we had to wait for 30min for an order we put in an hour ago with itemsmissing Just go through the drive thru in this location Read more
The personnel is very friendly. But something always happens in the orders, incomplete, they don't serve you what you ask for... or the soft drinks seem like they've been waiting all day for you to order and they taste like water. Read more

Staff is usually pleasant and friendly. Food is served fresh and tasty, especially the biscuits. My biggest complaint is this... location has a tendency to close EARLY on several occasions! I drive to this restaurant because I know the food is going to beprepared to my liking and not as if it?s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. However, driving this far for me only to findout this story has closed 30 minutes or more earlier is frustrating and irritating! If the store is going to close earlier thanthe time listed on websites then a sign should be posted outside the store and a message of the early closure mentioned in theautomated voicemail. Read more
