For KFC been a few times now and have to say, Food is good. Rare for many KFC's today. Staff are friendly and drive through is... fast. This is for sure a rare KFC. You want to purchase from here. Read more
This location is very unprofessional. I went to this location to pick up my order and they did not have it ready. Upon asking... the girl with the glasses at the drive thru window how come they did not have the order she stated that they never received it.I preceeded to ask how come as on my side it stated that the order was received. She then confirmed the items on the order atwhich point I was confused since "it was never received" and I did not tell her what my order was. At this point she got veryrude and stated "where were you all this time" at which I responded with driving for 15 minutes to arrive at your location10mins before you close. This means that you had at least 25 mins to cancel the order or at least try to make the items. Shethen stated well its 2 mins before we close and that we are not going to make it. No apology no remedy to make me whole or tofix the issue. Again very unprofessional!! If you do not want to make a customers order then you should not be working in thefood industry!! Also please fix your sprinkler in the drive thru as it is currently watering the cars as we are trying to placea order. Read more
I have to say, no all KFCs are created equally. This is the worst I've ever visited. This store is not my best choice. I went... there because my first choice was temporarily closed due to gas leak. 1. Path. Drive through path is too narrow, if you arefirst time there, you will likely get your tire scrached by the crub. 2. Fry. Not crispy outside, and dry inside. I can'tbelieve this is from a professional and specialized FRY chicken chain. I 3. Seasoning. The flavour is weeker than other places,they should marinate longer. Oh, by the way did I mention it is not a safe neighborhood? I suggest visiting elsewhere. Read more
Ordered on the app. Indicated 2 plates. Should have checked before I left I guess. No plates and missing the 2 biscuits that... should have came with my 2 meals. Called the store and was told "oh sorry, we didn't have biscuits at that time." It was 11:30am and they weren't busy at all. Read more

Dear KFC I think as a business that caters to the local communities for food services you get a "F" rating . A "F" rating in... your custmoster service by allowing your staff to be rude, bullies and laugh while a customer is unpleased with the very smallpieces of chicken and also bullies by allowing your cashiers through money in the hands of paying customers. WITHout theloyalness of customers you wouldn't have any business. You need to hire everyone not just Hispanics young people who aredisrespectful to customers. This businesses should have every pleasant respectful and kind race working with customers. Todayvist and yesterday was horrible as a mother of younger people I would never allow my kids to disrespect me and I be DAMN IF ANYBODY ELSE CHILD WILL. Read more
Staff is nice enough but their sprinklers were on at 11pm when they close at midnight. It soaked the inside of my car. They also... have black curbs around the building that are basically impossible to see. Pretty sure my car got damaged after I bumped one. Read more
