I just went in there to grab a drink and a small snack and was refused bathroom service because they lock the bathroom doors and... do not give you the code and say an employee has to open the bathroom door for you. That's beyond ridiculous and creates a toxicatmosphere. Get rid of your "code" doors and let people use the restroom normally. Will never go to this location again... Read more
This is the worst kfc I have ever been to. We ordered the 5 strip meal. The strips didn?t look like strips and they were so hard... and dry. Not edible. Soooo disappointing, and on top of that we were served a very bad attitude by the drive through cashier?sodisrespectful. This is the perfect place, if you want your order to be totally ignored and they give you whatever is convenient for them. The... wait wasn?t the quickest, so you would?ve expected for the order to be correct. However, when you call to inform them of theirmishaps, no one answers the phone. Absolutely terrible experience. This Location should be shut down permanently. Horrific customer service. Bad quality cooks that... don't even make the taco and kfc food the way its supposed to be. I ordered a pot pie and it came out oversized and giganticand they didn't want to refund me on it. I argued back and forth with this fat kid and he didn't want to refund. The foodwasn't cooked up to standard and he didn't want to take responsibility for it. this is the 2nd time this happened. 1st time itwas with the chicken quesadilla that came out so bad i almost threw up. We went yesterday excited to try the new Beyond plant based ch?kn nuggets. Unfortunately their dining room isn?t open. The... drive thru line was insanely long! Employees were friendly but obviously understaffed and stressed. We ended up leaving andgoing to another KFC location with the dining room open. Beware of this location. Worst cashier and manager who's name is pierre in is my fast food eating history. Don't make a app... online order. You will get there and wait for them to tell you they don't have the order available. The will not substituteanything if they don't have it. You will have to call customer service talk to 2 different representative waist 30 minutes onthe phone for them to process a return that will take 3 days. Manager pierre was rude and not concerned or helpful at all. Heproceeded to say it was not his problem. This was at 3:30 pm on a Monday. Read more
