They had always done right until today, where they messed up my order and they had enough time to make it right. Chose to wait... for dark and original chicken for almost 10 minutes, but still gave me only two pieces of chicken when it was a big box meal andgave me mashed potatoes when I asked for fries. Second time trying this KFC and my last. First time they couldn't give me a second bowl because they ran out of chicken strips.... How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? They also forgot my 2 cookies. Fries were fantastic though and on my drivehome I was thinking about how they could unseat McDonalds as "Best Fries." On my second attempt I was looking forward to theFries but was told they ran out of sandwiches. Again, I was very confused. When they handed me my bag I asked, "Is everything inhere? Last time you forgot my cookies." to which the employee asked me, "Did you even order cookies?" Typing this I see how thatcould be insulting and I may lower my score a bit. But I told him not on this order but last time I ordered 2 and received 0.All he did was say "uh... Sorry. Have a good night." This time the fries were cold, soggy, and had no flavor. Pitiful crunch aswell all added up to disappointment. So I won't be returning to this KFC. I'll stick with Popeyes as I should have done before. Read more
Just spent an hour trapped in their drive-through. What a miserable experience. This place should be closed by now. 2nd time I... had a bad experience. Service was unbearably slow. Once you're in their drive-through, you cannot get out. We tried to ordersome food and turns out they are out of chicken. Spending so long there we ordered a couple items. When we miraculously made itto the window to pay, turns out an item we ordered is gone and they are out. Wasted an hour of our time trapped in this place.The selfishness of the owners to allow more customers to line up knowing they don't have anything is outrageous. WORST KFC in Orlando. I will be calling contacting Sabir Sami myself and have him send a team out here to check this one out.... This store NEEDS to be shut down! THE ?WORKERS? aka bums, are very rude extremely disrespectful. Waited 30+ mins for my food forthem to give me a completely different order. (NOTHING I ORDERD CAME WITH WHAT THEY GAVE ME.
