It is NOT employees fault. What is happening is ADMINISTRATION FAULT. Only 3 employees for online orders, drive thru and front.... IMPOSIBLE to give a good service like that. You can see it in the face of the employees, they are tired and bad staffing. Theycan't smile, can't treat you well...they're doing what they can. We are not in covid thing anymore. Administration needs to paywell and they will see more people wanting to be hired. The wait is long and the food comes cold...Mc Donalds have betterservice...administrators should be ashamed... The foreign lady with the black hair, had a black brace on her arm that exceeded onto a portion of her right hand. I watched her... from the Drive Thru window as she was preparing my order. She grabbed a box and her brace which probably has all kinds of germson it was touching the inside of the box. She then walked over to the register inside the restaurant, and placed the box downwhile she had a conversation with a woman that she appeared to personally know. She grabbed another box and began to pack foodfor the lady while having me wait. No one had even come to the window to take a payment from me, therefore I determined sheexhibited poor customer care to me, and I left the location without any food. Poor customer service!!! Thank you to the drive thru girl who was polite and courteous UNLIKE her manager who was a complete "C U Next Tuesday" I ordered... a 12pc. Meal, half original and half crispy with a chocolate cake. When we pull up to the window the girl tells me that they areout of large chocolate cakes but have small ones. So I say give me 4 smalls. She only has 3 but offers the Lemon cake, ok fine Itook the lemon cake. Then she says they are out of crispy chicken. What!! Seriously? Um okay fine I'll take just the originalplease. Then my husband asks if they could spare an extra piece of chicken for our troubles and you would have thought he askedfor the world or something because the manager went off on a rant in the kitchen so loud that her employees were evenembarrassed by her behavior! This is the last time I go to this KFC. Always a problem with out of items it seems. Probably badmanagement! Read more

After we were denied service at the colonial location due to them ?closing? even though they don?t close until 1am, we came to... this location. Millie or milly (not sure how she spells it) was awesome, me and my fiancé have never experienced service likehers at kfc. She was very nice, patient, kept apologizing if she felt that something was wrong, and her choice of words were oneI?ve never experienced before (in a good way). She was even funny at one point, we ended up at the wrong window, and out ofnowhere she popped her head out yelling ?over here? with a big smile on her face. Extra layers of oil/grease on the chicken. Not the norm for greasy foods. Friendly staff.
