This is best place for comforting food and a good time. It?s definitely one of Orlando?s rare gems. Food are cooked with the... upmost care and precision. Drinks from their bar are great compliments with the many dishes. With Chef Lordfer Lalicon and hispartner Jamilyn Salonga Bailey at the helm, their staff wows us with every dish that comes out of the kitchen. Attention todetail is what shines at this amazing establishment. Not everyday we can eat a Filipino cuisine made with local ingredients; butnow that their doors are opening and we can. I can see my family and friends coming back again and again, and I know thateveryone will too. Read more

Wow, this was such an amazing dining experience and atmosphere with great music and open kitchen concept. The 5-course meal was... creative, filling, and absolutely delicious. The sinigang was (surprisingly, for me) a standout, as well as the fourth course ofdifferent dishes served family style. We had shrimp, mushroom adobo, and pork belly - all incredible. The menu changes based onseasonality and availability of local produce, so you can anticipate new dishes with every visit. Very exciting to see Kayaputting a spotlight on Filipino cuisine and elevating both familiar and unfamiliar dishes to a new level. Read more

Filipino food elevated. Authentic flavors with a fierce presentation and execution. Yes, fierce like Beyoncé. And Filipinos... love Beyoncé especially Love on Top. I went to one of their pop-ups at Edible Education Experience and it was basically thesong Love on Top. You know how Beyoncé kept changing keys flawlessly. It was like that here with every dish. New flavors withflawless execution. We had an amazing appetizers with seafood dishes. Amazing sinigang for soup. Unbelievable entrees fromnilaga with house cured corned beef. Collard green Laing from the EEE garden. Wow. Finished off with leche flan, palitaw, andice cream from sampaguita ice cream! The next pop-ups will be in March. Be sure to watch their Instagram for updates! Read more
