There?s nothing better than this! Karelyn?s is the best vegan food my bf and I have ever had!! Also they have hands down the... best customer service I?ve ever experienced :) Such an awesome group of people running a delicious business! Their old locationused to be too far from my bf and I. So, we made sure to go to every vegan festival in Orlando to see if they attended.Absolutely love them and will be a customer until I go broke or if they go out of business (they won?t). Twice I have ordered from this place twice I am beyond disappointed! The unprofessionalism of the Manager/Owner I spoke with is... unmatched. I first ordered ckn and waffles . The oil that the waffles were fried in was very old and the flavor was burnt. Icalled and the woman I spoke with issued a gift card for a future order. A week later home from a major surgery I decided toredeem my gift card. I ordered rib tips, a short cake and lemonade. My cake was molded! I called to address yet another issueand the treatment I received was plain disgusting ! I was speaking to the same woman who I brought my issues to prior i didn?twant to be confrontational so I just asked for a refund she then stated that ?we already got your 1 star review so I guess I?lljust refund your meal? makes me think was this retaliation for leaving a honest review? So I go to redeem and I get sent moldedfood ? She got very hostile after I called her unprofessional then hung up on me . She then calls back to apologize for getting?frustrated ? and for hanging up at this point I told her she didn?t have to save face just give me my money back. She proceedsto tell me she gave my personal info to one of her employees to call me and apologize!! What in the entire he!! . Who doesthat? Why would you give my phone number away ? I just don?t understand why this is ok or why anyone would think it was. I?mtruly applaud by the level of UNPROFESSIONAL AUDACITY of this place. Sadly one person can ruin it for an entire brand and thebrand of this place will forever be stained in my mind forever . Read more
Seriously the best vegan soul food. When I think of soul food, I want it from a little hole in the wall kind of place?and this... is exactly it! It?s hidden in a small gas station, it smells like fried food when you walk in, and I promise you it tastes likeregular soul food. I was absolutely amazed. Delicious! Read more
In my opinion Karelyn?s Soul food has some of the best Vegan food in Central Florida. Honestly it?s some of the best food I?ve... had.This is a hidden gem in the Orlando area. This is a local family owned business. Amazing service, super friendly and fastbut more important delicious! They have take out and delivery options. This quality vegan comfort food has plenty of optionsthat are cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the Philly and the banana pudding. Read more
Id give them more stars if the option was available. Don't let the location fool you. It is inside a Chevron gas station. I... almost drive by a couple times while I was looking for it. The food is just outstanding. Definitely try the Philly and the bbqrib tip sandwich. Everything I've had is incredible. Read more
Love Love Love this place. Owned by a wonderful family who are so loving and it definitely shows in their food. Everything is... Vegan and delicious! I love everything there and I mean everything because I have tried it all haha. Some of my favorites arethe Mac&cheese, styke platter and the cheeze burger. oh the freshly baked chocolate chips cookies are heavenly. I recommend thisplace to everyone, vegan or not, because the food is so AMAZING!!!!
