Kadence is my favorite restaurant in Orlando by far. The fish is fresh and carefully prepared. Mark is talented and made the... meal so fun. I felt like I was eating with friends. It’s been a long time since I had such an intimate experience at arestaurant. Excellent sushi, great sake selection. A great meal all around. 100% worth the visit and return visit for sure! I went for the 5 course Kappo tasting. The service was excellent and the food... was wonderful, perfectly timed between each course and a nice range of flavors. The sake drinks were strong but tasty. I’drecommend the Winter Rose but make sure you mix it so you can get a good taste of the hibiscus syrup. The only con- my tastingreservation was for 6:30 but I wasn’t seated til around 7 BUT, that’s because of the previous seating. No one wants to berushed so I understand.
