To be honest I wanted CPK but my boyfriend convinced me to come here. I have been when I was younger and I wasn?t impressed but... this time it blew me away. The server Juan was so sweet and took time to make it feel special. He was so upbeat even though hehad so many tables but still treated everyone with the same energy. I was listening to the other tables he had and they were allso happy and giggling when he gave them the ketchup plates. I hope the manager sees this because he needs a raise he literallymade this visit a memory I?ll remember for a long time. Read more
The food was great and so was the service. Our server was polite and timely so we had zero issues. The mall is very busy and... most places had long lines but Johnny Rockets wasn't that busy and was able to seat us right away. If you like burgers, friesand shakes, this is a great place to go. Tasty burgers and fries, their bacon is nice and crispy. Got a root beer float and was given an extra glass for good measure.... Server was polite and attentive, Johnny Rockets is an old time favorite, reminiscent of the golden age of traditional Americandiners. Sorry I didn?t post a picture of the burger, it was delicious! A typical Johnny Rockets as far as the food goes. Table wasn't cleaned before we were walked over to it. Server was super nice,... I forgot the gentleman's name. We had a hair in our chili cheese fries. The shakes are good but kinda runny. The burgers aredecent but not a "wow" flavor. It's fine for a quick bite at the mall. Read more
I dont often post poor reviews but the price for the food was pretty outrageous. $9.99 for a burger, fries were not part of a... combo option (and if there was a combo it wasn't offered by the staff member who was very friendly.) The fries were $3.99 andthe shake was $7.99. The total for one person was $23 which is a pretty high price point for what I was expecting to pay.Considering the burger was the same size as Steak n shake who sold burgers for $4 this place is either paying some serious rentor they are making a big profit. Make up your own decision about going here but I would warn you about the price. If the ownerof this restaurant replies to this review, I appreciate your sympathy for the situation and I am sorry to call out your store. Ifeel it is a necessary service to other customers.
