What a dysfunctional Jimmy John?s. I used to love JJ and would go at least once a week. Not sure who took over this franchise... but they?re running it into the ground. Service is horrible, even with 4 people and no other orders, it took 15 minutes to getmy order, and on top of that, not sure if he?s a manager but they don?t believe in proper sanitation practices. He takes orders,makes sandwiches, handles the oven, refills supplies all while wearing the same gloves. I even took a photo of him taking aphone order wearing the same gloves. Read more

Freaky slow. Understaffed, they are trying but this location needs help getting product out to to floor. Our two sandwiches... took exactly 20 minutes. Sandwiches were very good and made well. Read more
This place is going down more and more. Hours close at 5. Once I orderd at 3 and couldn't make my sandwich because they turned... the oven off and didn't have bread. Unfortunately I order here because I live in Kissimmee and this is the only one left, whoknows for how long. The last 3 times they made my sandwich wrong. Today I ordered a veggie , I didn't get avocado. I'm typing at2:30 pm and Ovens are off. I like jimmy johns, I used to be a manager at a different location. It's sooo sad to see. WORST Jimmy Johns ever. Online hours are NOT correct. They close daily at 5 and are closed on the weekends. Google and the JJ... app are not updated with these hours. Drove all the way there and they were closed. Went back today and they were out of ham.We had a large order but made the best of it and I told them which meat to sub for ham, but they rang up everything up asdifferent subs and they didn't not make them correctly. Some were missing ingredients and not everything that was supposed to beon there was. AND the meat that was on there was not a lot. The smallest of slivers. Usually Jimmy John's packs on the meat, butnot this store. $44 down the drain. Go to another location. Read more
The slope of decline with this location is so saddening! They have been out of turkey for over 3 weeks now! I mean come on..... Then the hours change is crazy! Shows this company needs to raise wages for their employees so they can be adequately staffed.Hopefully things change for the better this was one of my favorite quick choices in my area. Read more
THIS LOCATION SUCKS! IT USED TO BE GOOD, NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED BUT NOW ITS AWFUL, MOST LIKELY AWFUL MANAGEMENT! Most of the... time if you use the app to order it says the app isn't taking online orders, call the store, you call the store no one everanswers. If you do get lucky and the app works your typically waiting either 15 minutes or over 2 hours, most likely the latter. Just ordered food for my kids against my better judgement at 11:55AM, its now after 2PM and the driver just showed up! I toldhim to throw the food out and give me a refund. Never ordering from the Sand Lake location again, EVER! Waste of time andmoney! This is at least the 10th time this has happened, shame on me for not waking up sooner. Will also emailcorporate. UPDATE: Emailed corporate, no response, go figure... so this place now has a sign on the window saying they closeat 5 every day and they are closed on the weekends, i stopped by here at lunchtime today (i was already in the plaza) and its aFriday and they are closed at 11:15AM, dark inside)... I ordered a sandwich on Wednesday 11/16 @ 12:23pm. The sandwich arrived at 3:26pm. My delivery location is less than a half a... mile away. I called the store an hour after placing the order. Person on the phone assured me that the delivery person wasleaving with my order immediately. 2 hours later is when it was delivered. I totally get staffing issues and being busy. 3 hoursfor a sandwich though? Only leaving this review because the ?feedback? tab on the website is conveniently not working.
