I've ordered from here plenty of times but it's been a while since I go. Google maps says they're open but I've called at least... 5 times to no avail. My last order never showed up. Paid, but never got my lunch. When I contacted the store, I was given a credit of $20.00, and an... excuse that they didn't know what was wrong with their delivery person, however they are short-staffed. My order was $25.40.When I tried calling, no answer. When I tried to order online, they no longer deliver. Now, they don't even show up as alocation near me. No more JJ for me. Read more
I have gotten great orders from here many times though one earlier this week was not correct. Confusingly though, a few weeks... back it said they closed at 3PM and now, although google says open until 8pm, no one answers the phone at 6:40 and the websitesays I can't order from here at this time (6:40 on Thurs). My boss ordered the new Chicken Caesar Wrap and a slim Tuna sandwich.. The wrap was good, the sandwich was HORRIBLE! You can't... even call it a sandwich because its mostly just HARD BREAD. Seems as if they just put 1 teaspoon of tuna on the rock-like breadand spread it. My boss called the store and the lady said "Sorry you aren't satisfied with our food but it is NORMAL." This isworst than eating Popeyes biscuit without any drink. Please make sure you check your food before the delivery driver leaves. 2stars because they definitely delivered FREAKY FAST though. Service was fast and friendly. We were greeted immediately upon entering and the order taking process was smooth and the person,... while clearly busy, was making a good effort to be friendly. Indoor seating is being limited to a healthy social distancespacing. So the number of indoor seeds is actually fairly Limited at present. The sandwiches we got we're just okay. Well thebread seemed fresh the overall flavor of our sandwiches was just a little flat and not up to what we remember the quality ofJimmy John's from the past. It wasn't bad, but it definitely seemed to step down from the last time we were there which was overa year ago. This Jimmy John's is one of my top favorite spots to eat in campus! They're very clean, fast and the sandwiches always taste... great! I would definitely recommend this place, if you're looking for a good sandwich place on Campus! Read more
Great low carb options. One of the few low carb options on campus. Food is good and service at this location is quick and... friendly. Also, you can have free smells ???????? Surely give it a try!! Unwich was prepared really well and taste exceededexpectation :) Read more
Edit June 12 2022: idk what?s up with this location but I can never order from it in the app, and they don?t answer the phones... despite their google hours saying they are open. Delivery was quick, though the person delivering my order had a difficult timelocating my dorm. I had to walk him through the directions to get there. Not the restaurant's fault but there should be morespace to put delivery directions in online orders. Read more
