Very disappointed in this location- I order from here frequently and I called at 8:21 on 06/29/22 and someone picked up and hung... up before I could even say a word. Called back and the phones were disconnected. I was going to pick up dinner for my mom so Ihad her call several times thinking maybe it was my phone to place a pick up order as I was on the way. I showed up to place myorder at 8:32 and they said they were only offering cold subs because they shut off the grill and they are closing soon. With 30minutes left before closing. I love this Jersey Mike's Sub's location for more than one reason. The staff is outstanding and they work great together as a... team. Kyla is an amazing team leader/manager and she remembers the orders of her regular customers. I live in the neighborhoodand frequently stop in at various times. I have always found the store to be clean beyond expectation, well stock and staffprepared for any rush. They balance in-store customers and online orders with ease. I've been to several Jersey Mike's Sub'sbut they don't compare to the service at the Ecco on Orange plaza location.
