Miguel was great, the team is good and helpful to one another and the customers. The food was great.
Cashier was rude. We asked her if the full menu was available at 5:20am (vs only breakfast). She said ?it?s all available, are... you ready to order?? We said no. They finally got their 2nd of 3 tvs on, so of course we haven?t had a chance to see the wholemenu. She proceeded to move down to ask the next patron if they were ready to order. I understand the need to keep the linemoving but she could have said nicely that we can take our time and that she?s going to get the next person?s order. Instead ofjust keep asking ?you ready to order?? Besides that, the location was clean, the vegetables were cut precisely, and the cookwas on top of it. She was cooking quickly but still assembling subs neatly. -2 stars because I lost my appetite after thecashier?s rudeness. Read more

It's my favorite place to dine when I'm looking for a fullstomach before a flight. There's a lovely seating area nearby as well with plenty of room to eat and relax before travels. Read more

Food was good for what it was, I asked for a number 8 no ham and they were out of bacon for my sandwich. I asked for lettuce... pickles mayo salt pepper oil and vinegar, the worker put lettuce and mayo on it then walked to the back for more bacon, when shecame back she started rolling up my sandwich and I stopped her and asked if she put the rest of my toppings on the sandwich, sheunrolled it and opened the sandwich up and said yes she did. No she didn?t. I was pretty disappointed, haven?t had jersey?s inyears due to lack of locations where I live, was really excited to finally get it again after 4+ years and ordered my usual, butit just wasn?t the same. As a person that's eaten at Jersey Mike's hundreds of times. I'm going to say the food is great. You can't really mess it up but... the service at this location is horrible and they didn't even cut my sandwich in half. Couldn't use my shore club points andagain I repeat the service was horrible. If I reply on this side of the airport again I will never come back here Read more
