I had to come do an update.. We love Jeremiah?s but their customer service has went down tremendously. Staff not properly... putting lids on the ice cream and it?s literally running down the sides of the cup when handing it to customers. The guy tonightsaid after putting the ice cream in the cups they couldn?t properly close the lid? like what? This isn?t my first time cominghere and the lids are always closed. Why would you give lids if you couldn?t close it? What is the purpose of the lid? I made a half gallon piña colada flavor order online for pickup and then when I get there the employee told me they don't have... Piña Colada flavor and can not give me a refund. That if I want a refund I will have to call the manager so he makes thedecision. I had to order other flavors and they were not good. Never again will order online. They should update their websiteif a flavor is missing. The employee had a very bad actitude all the time and gave me the ice cream with a very bad attitude. Idon't understand why they have employees treating customers like that. They made the mistake to sold me a flavor they don't haveavailable but did not want to give refund and also treated me with a bad attitude. This is very bad service. Read more

This was my first visit. Seeing the crowd outside, I figured it must be overrated. The line moved really quickly because they... had three windows open. I saw the couple in front of me tasting samples, so I asked for a sample of a dessert flavor and then afruit flavor. The girl was very helpful and I ended up opting for the butter caramel flavor. I also got it gelati style, whichlayers in vanilla ice cream. I had them add the buttered cookie crumble. I loved it! I now see why they were so busy and I havechanged my mind that is is not overrated! The line is long because the product is amazing!!! Read more
The medium vanilla ice cream was very tasty. The creamy consistency was enjoyable. I started to eat it immediately. The cone was... very fresh. This location is very popular with nonstop foot traffic of large families. I waited in line outside for about tenminutes. The ice cream was worth the wait. Read more
Jeremiah's is a great Gelato/Italian ice/ice cream experience. So many flavors that are year round with some occasional... seasonal varieties. You can get each alone r mixed together. They have the creamiest ice cream which on occasion I will justgo for that. The only problem I have with this Jeremiah's is the parking and line formation. There is a small lots for lots offood options on the same strip, not here mm Ian's fault since they were here first just something to be aware of, the second isthe way the line forms so avoid this when they are busy. My family and I came here today for ice cream after our Sunday afternoon activity. This was my first time here and it was a... wicked awesome experience. Tommy cashier was extremely polite and had great customer service skills, making recommendations andgiving us options to give us a feeling of control. Order #19056998.
