Wings are pretty good. But that?s assuming you get what you order. Very inconsistent. And when they mess it up you get pennys... back on the exact ingredient they left out. For instance?on my Sante Fe Hot the sent naked wings. We ordered an extra side ofthe Sante Fe Hot and they didn?t send it. So they returned $2.68 to me. Even though my dinner was ruined. Good bit of food for a low cost but you get what you pay for. Ordered the 16 wing combo to split with Hubby. Taste of my wings... was absolutely gross. The sauce was great but the wings themselves could have been given some love. Fries were seasoned ok. butsuper soggy. Soggy curly fries are no fun. Ordered the fried oreos and the dough was under cooked didn't even eat them. Didntget the drink that came with the order. When you call them it tells you to Park in To Go and wait for someone to come out toyou. This will never happen so please go inside and dont sit there like a dummy like we did. youd think with it being rightsmacked in the middle of a tourist area they'd up the game but I Will probably not return to this place. Am in town from out of state and ordered via doordash. The gentleman that delivered our food stated that the food was not ready... when it was suppose to be so he had to wait like an extra 20 minutes. Also they forgot our drinks so he brought us drinks fromChili?s. My food was in a styrofoam box. The wing sauce was squirted in the bottom of the box then my fries and wings were puton top and box closed. The 2nd order of wings didn?t have any sauce on them. Repeatedly have tried calling to give them a chanceto make it right and they won?t answer the phone. Doordash driver said they looked like zombies. Read more
Bad idea, terribly executed! I ordered wings and fries for pick-up. The app said I should park in a To-Go spot and "a team... member will be right with me". There are TWO SIGNS that say the exact same thing. My order was promised to be "no-contactpick-up". I waited for 45 minutes and no team member ever came out, and no wings either. Finally, I went inside (violating theno-contact pick-up rules), and I found my dinner sitting on a shelf, where it had been for some time. The wings and fries wereroom temperature. When I confronted a manager, she refused to acknowledge that the information posted was incorrect, andexplained that "this particular location doesn't follow those instructions". How was I supposed to know? If the signs are wrong,take them down! I will not be back to "It's Just Wings", or the Chili's that hosts this poorly executed idea. Read more
I ordered Its Just Wings off of DoorDash. The wings themselves were cooked nicely, I wish they would have used more sauce on... their wings, it was barely drizzled over them. I had to use my own sauce to even taste the flavor I ordered. They also didn?tput in the cup of ranch. The fries could have been more crispy as well, but they had good flavor.
