UPDATE - The general manager Antonio contacted me to rectify the issue. I am happy to announce that he provided me with the... perfect customer service experience. I truly appreciate his efforts. I placed my order over the phone for pick up. When Iarrived I paid for my food and waited for the food to be done. As I waited for my food I noticed there was a deal for the sametype of pizza I ordered. I asked the cashier why I was charged regular price for my pizza when they have a deal going on. Herresponse was..."You didn't ask for the deal." My response was..."How am I supposed to know about a deal you have on your wallwhen I'm on the phone." My bill was never corrected and the odd thing is that I even asked why my order was so much and thecashier just simply repeated the prices. I've been going to this place for years so I would of thought I would of have beentaken care by getting my bill adjusted. I've been in customer service for years and the most important thing is the customer. Well I guess for Italian Village that's not the case. Read more

Definitely recommend the garden salad and Italian dressing. Loved the toppings on the salad especially the sautéed mushrooms.... My slice of pizza was also very good. The calzone had alot of bread and filling was only in the middle so not a fav. Willdefinitely go back. Staff is very friendly Read more

Small Italian pizzeria located on intersection of Lake Underhill and Chickasaw in Walmart strip mall. Italian calzone was huge... and packed with pepperoni , ham and salami along with ricotta and mozzarella. Definitely big enough for two! Read more

The food here is delicious and the people are very welcoming. I've never had an issue until now. And don't get me wrong I'm not... posting this review to bash them in anyway, just be observant of the products you're selling. I bought a pizza and salad whichwere great ???????? but the dessert not so much. My chocolate cake had mold on it. I was super upset because my granddaughterhad already eaten a piece before I've noticed it. Suggestion... put a date on your cake when you put them out and check themdaily so this doesn't happen to someone else. Read more

Dining Room was clean and unkempt. Ordered the 2 slices special and wanted a steak and cheese slice which the cook happily made... to and even threw in onions, mushrooms, and peppers for no extra cost. Only waited about 15 minutes and my pizza slices werepiping hot with the perfect about of cheese, sauce, and toppings. The crust was burnt just right to not overpower and each slicewas delicious and not soggy. Definitely recommend visiting for a couple of slices and great staff. Read more

Really enjoy going to this place because the food is so good & it reminds me of pizza from up North! With everything going on,... they appeared to be very short staffed on my visit this week and the wait was serious, however Vince immediately took notice andworked as quick as he could to ensure the service & food was ready.
