I love this place. Just went here with my friends to get some cookies and we were so excited, only to find out that the girl... helping us had the worst attitude I?ve ever seen. There were barely any cookies left, but my friends and I saw her eating onewhile she went to the back. She claimed she was the only one working and that making more cookies would take a while, but I sawtwo other women in the back. The short girl with curly black hair and smeared purple lipstick is the one who was extremely rudeto college students of her age. She shouldn?t be working here if she?s gonna have that much attitude. I normally love insomnia cookies, their ordering experience is very convenient and affordable. But when you are a large company... and have these qualities, it is usually at the cost of something else. In my case, the last two trips I made to insomnia I madean online order. The website ensures that the cookies that you select are in-stock, but both times once I arrived they were outof half the cookies that I ordered. The woman who was helping me couldn?t give me a refund and tried to give me other cookies,but if I wanted a different kind I would have ordered that from the beginning. She was extremely unhelpful and wasn?t even ableto get me a refund. So not only did they take my money, I didn?t even get the cookies that I ordered, and they couldn?t help.Sad to say I will never be coming here again. Read more
