This IHOP gave me a big cockamini story about how they can't do a T-bone with rice and french fries because that's a dinner item... but they can do a T-bone and eggs because that's a breakfast item. That is absolutely mind-bogglingly ridiculous. If you cancook a steak and you already have the other stuff then what's the problem. I used to work for this company I had never heard ofthat. I had actually heard of the exact opposite. Never deny the customer from anything they want if we have it in the store.I'm going to check into this deeper. If a manager of this store read this I would love to have this explained with common senseand intelligence please because I'm a big fan of that. Read more
It's crazy we've been waiting for 30 minutes to be served. We got here at 3:30 am one other table was seated and there was 2... servers yet here we are still waiting to at least get coffee. Now it's 4:08 and we finally put in our order. TIPS: To InsurePrompt Service. Not sure how they make money here. Read more
Place was full and the staff clearly didn?t manage to provide, Took them 30 mins for a two-people breakfast. The normal eggs,... bacon and hash browns were actually fantastic. I ordered a omelette dish called ?spicy poblano?, which was THE absolute mostdisgusting omelette dish or even breakfast I had in my life. Staffed with cheese, super soggy and flavorless, random beef bitswhich didn?t compliment the dish at all and some sorry vegetable pieces that were soggy and oily. FIX YOUR OMELETTES!!!???? Read more
This location is always in this condition. All tables are dirty, just a few servers (2) off lucky, 1 cook? it need attention... from corporate to take this location over. There?s not much employees can do to run a restaurant like this. I see it close if noattention it?s made. Sadly Read more
Server was good but the food they tried to give us was bad... Ordered buffalo chicken strips and the just put a chicken patty... with Buffalo sauce on it on the plate. Ordered a Jr and adult chicken and waffles and they put a chicken patty on the adultplate, and they put 2 small slices of chicken patty on the Jr plate... Then the cook tried to have the server tell us its thesame thing as what is supposed to come with the meal... We eat the same meals every time we eat at a IHOP and it is not evenclose to the same thing.. Just cause it's chicken doesn't mean it's the same thing... Read more
Very good breakfast at this fairly new location. Was very early & I was the only customer in the place. Wait staff was friendly... & fast, food hot & plentiful. Wish they had a variety of creamers, but coffee was still good. Restaurant was clean & pricingreasonable. Read more
Seated right away, very kind server who was very polite and kept checking on us making sure we didn't have empty plates in the... way or unfilled drinks. The food was great! From taste to presentation. Read more
