The service there is terrible too long of a wait very rude employees didn?t have great customer service wasn?t very sociable or... welcoming no type of greeting when we walked in the waiter we had continue to look us in the face and serve other customers veryuntruthful we called before we came to this location to understand what are the requirements when we arrived there was a totallydifferent answer than we got on the phone even though one person stated he was the one who answered the phone and he toldwhoever was on the other line that they didn?t accommodate free meals for children which was a lie because we called three timesand asked this question to this one location off of W. Colonial Dr. right next-door to Chuck E. Cheese poor very poor customerservice I don?t understand why anyone would wait to want to be Served by these poor customer rude service people.. My first time having the Cowboy BBQ burger it was very good and my sever Ms.Elvasta was extremely helpful and nice.
This is a great IHOP! Not necessarily the location, but the food is consistently good, as is the service. They do let you know... they are short-staffed, but that was not noticeable to my Aunt and I. Many thanks to Angel, this morning, for providing a smileand great service! We noticed! Read more
Horrible from the beginning, waiting 30 minutes to get seated let alone the hostess just kept on walking away and not taking... care of everyone. Then when it came time to get seated no menus the server didn?t even show up to ask us what we wanted to drinkwas sitting for already 20 minutes. What an awesome time I had with my family on this night. Priced right and our purple hair waitress was hilarious too. We had a... joke going that she wouldn?t remember what each person ordered but, she did. She also, alerted us that the grits wasn?t freshbut, substituted extra meat for it. She really made our dining time pleasant and new rewards program for their customers too.So, this want be our last visit there. Only concerns was condensation from A/C was dripping on the table. They are understaffed, but they did their best in servicing us. The food was ok, not horrible, but nothing over the top- a... typical IHOP. Ot was something to eat after a long day travel through time zones. The kid wanted pancakes with sprinkles and sothat's what he got. He had a added bonus with icing on top. Read more
I've been there on 3 different occasions and it's always the same. A crowded waiting area. Customers just coming in are being... prioritized before fellow customers already waiting because no one is there and there is no organization. I had my daughterthere with me and two customers who came after me literally were eating before my food came out. My waitress came out with myfood and overheard me ask for a manager and had the audacity to ask if I still needed to speak with them. Her exact words were Ibrought your food now you still need to speak to a manager. Needless to say I did, the manager apologized and did offer toremake my food and not charge me. I declined her offer because not only was I dissatisfied with service my bacon was burnt andmy food was sloppily presented. I expressed my concerns to her and informed her that the 2 seasonal milkshakes (gingerbreadcurrants) I would pay for and my daughter's food however I declined her offer for the food them proceeded to leave and go getbreakfast elsewhere.
