This was a great find. My wife and I split the sharable boil. We did the house seasoning. It was incredible and the crab shack... feel was great. While we waited, we had the oysters. They were big but not as flavorful. They bring out a bucket that has allthe parts and pieces needed for dinner. Service was outstanding. Kitchen was quick. Worth the stop! Read more

Great service. 3 of us had calamari (a little chewy), coconut shrimp w/sweet chili sauce (excellent!), onion rings (so-so),... fried shrimp & french fries (good), and snow crab leg boil (delicious!) We heard about this place from a waitress at a diner we go to. From the go, it was just what we expected. It?s a large... restaurant, with multiple rooms, all decorated in a seafaring vibe. Take time to walk around and check it all out. The CaptainNemo-1,000 Leagues Under the Sea art is darn good. Maybe grab a beer at the oversized bar. Then, get down to dinner. They offersandwiches, apps, baskets?but the main show are the boils. Each arriving in a bit plastic bag. A number of options, I got thecrab/shrimp/sausage with the hungry spice. It was perfect, a combination of Old Bay with Garlic and Herb butter. You are goingto get messy, but they provide plenty of napkins, wipes, as well as a bib and gloves. We came in town and wanted to try a new place and we were driving around and came across the hungry crab. My husband I and our... daughter are very pleased with our experience. This was our first visit since the place just opened in East Orlando not to long ago. The hostess told us the wait was going... around 20min (Sunday afternoon), however we actually only waited like 5min. The place is beautifully decorated. Nice ambience,food was served fairly quickly. I was a little hesitant to order the house mix sauce so I ordered the mild one with the seafood mix but to my surprise it wasn't hot at all, which was great for people like me that don't tolerate hit and spicy food.Food was very good. My husband ordered the battered fish with fried. Was a little disappointed on the order of oysters as theywere very small and pricey for the size.
