We visited from PA on vacation at Disney and the food was really good. The calamari could use a seasoning but still was good... with a squeeze of lemon and the sauce they served. My mother and I asked for mild sauce but it was hot as outside lol and myserver messed up my order so I ended up taking my appetizer with me, I was a little upset but not alot because she was new andjust learning! We ate at this restaurant 4 years ago and then today and the quality of the seafood has gone down significantly. We have a large... group here in Florida for vacation. There were some of us who were trying Hot and Juicy for the first time and were excited totry this out. Sad to say the meal left us hungry, disappointed and worried for our health. We ordered $200 worth of foodtakeout for 8 adults on a Sunday for 7 PM pickup. The shrimp was NOT fresh. There were black dots on the shrimp and the texturewas soft and mushy. We thought only the first couple of shrimp would have this texture and it ended up being at least 90% of thebag. Seemed like we were eating thawed and refrozen shrimp that had been refrozen multiple times. It was not "Hot and Juicy" anddid not own up to the hype - poor quality. The crawfish was frozen - we knew that going in and ordered a smaller amount at leastthe sauce was better than the shrimp. The fried food was better. This experience ruined our first takeout dinner in Florida. Don't waste your stomach or health on this joint. When we called about the issue, the manager said we would have to drop thefood off to get our money back. Time wasted in the car - 80 mins with traffic so far. So good, enjoyed our food there. If you like garlic, don’t miss the garlic and butter shrimp. Thier special souse is good too,... tried crabs and was delicious too. I highly recommend it but make sure you are willing to spend some money. It’s prettyexpensive but worth the try. Read more
My family and I decided to try out Hot n Juicy Craw fish during our visit to Orlando durning our thanksgiving vacation from... Toronto. Impressed is an understatement! This seafood restaurant is has made it to my top 5 list! The portion sizes are greatthe prices are just right and the taste is amazing! I had the Dungeons crab with the head on shrimp my wife had king crab legs.It was just sooooo good! Most definitely recommend this restaurant and location when your in Orlando! My wife and I were looking for a great seafood dinner. We found this location on Google. After reading the reviews I was... inclined to order the fish and shrimp platter. When we arrived we discovered the menu had changed and we had to change ourorder. Because the fish and shrimp platter was no longer available, we decided to order both separate. The food was amazing.Both we’re seasoned perfectly and was piping hot. We ordered to go and eventually pulled over to eat the entire meal in thecar (wasn’t planned). The entire meal was delicious and was enough for us to share. I look forward to returning and this timeeating in the restaurant for comfort. I would definitely recommend this location. Read more
