Amazing group of people at The Hideway?.. They Helped me plan a Life Celebration for my brother Mack?. Wonderful open Back Area... Venue was set up and perfect for everyone to enjoy together tell stories, share music great food and drink. Everyone was morethan accommodating?. Some of the most unpleasant service I have ever had. I understand we had a big group and 2 of us had our children. But they... weren't running around or being disruptive. I saw the bartenders talking about us several times. Not one of them smiled after Iremained polite despite their clear distaste for me. I also watched as my friends were just as polite and they received the samehorrible service. Seriously not one smile. They almost seemed to dread when I asked for anything. The food I ordered to go saton a shelf for god knows how long before it was handed to me. It was only after my tip and the tips of my friends that wereceived any sort of kindness. Cool dive bar. Very friendly staff cool vibe inside. Lots of TVs for sports fans. Had the buffalo wings which were awesome. ... Only drawback no parking. Have to park on side streets. Bloody Marys are. Ok. Won?t brag about them. Come check it out. Plenty of seating in and out. Read more
I was at the Hideaway with 2 friends on Wednesday November24. We all three ordered the Grilled Cheese with Bacon sandwich. We... had to wait almost an hour for the sandwiches after ordering. To make matters worse. All 3 sandwiches have very little cheeseand bacon on them. We complained and they did take them off of our bill. We liked going there, but after the horrible time wehad, It is doubtful we will be going back. With the Food Hall at The Yard across the street, you need to fix your operationright now or you will be out of business. Read more

Five star dive bar. Depends on what you are looking for. If you want good food, amazing service, friendly patrons, lots of TVs,... Touchstones, Golden Tee, and pool, then this might be your place. If you want fancy tables and cloth napkins, this is not thatplace. The parking is minimal, but that's just how it is in the area. Park around the block and walk.
