First visit. Wanted to love it. Greeted with a warm welcome and a rainbow flag. Service was really bad. We saw our server... three times the whole evening for less than 90 seconds total. No greeting or introduction, no eye contact and couldn?t careless about being a server. We didn?t get our drinks until we asked 10 minutes after placing our order - and then beer was servedin a metal bottle with sharp edges and our server was gone so fast we couldn?t even ask for a glass. Steak was very tough andchewy - served with a butter knife to cut it. Our server didn?t come back to the table until several minutes after our meal wascomplete- didn?t offer to refill drinks. It?s not like our server was busy - it appeared he had our table and one other. For a$30pp meal, I was expecting more attentive service, an edible steak, full drink glasses and proper cutlery to not have to saw anover cooked steak for 20 minutes with an empty drink glass. When the server dropped the check he mumbled something inaudiblewhile he was turning to scurry away. We think he said thank you. The whole place was having a rough night several tables askedto speak to the manager - we would have too if we thought there was any way to save the experience. We wanted to support abusiness bold enough to try to make it on Church Street - the google reviews looked solid - maybe open tables were moreaccurate. Unfortunately we will not be returning. Cozy and beautiful restaurants. Surprising wonderful menu and fresh from scratch. We went for Mother's Day brunch.... and....???... We love it. Our server's name was Chloe and she did a great and wonderful job. Family friendly atmosphere. Read more
Waited for 30 minutes to get our order taken. Waiter was not attentive. Food was okay for the price, there was many screw ups... and waited over an hour to get our food. Was drawn to this place because of the good reviews but this was a majordisappointment. The French toast was really soggy and was burnt in some areas. Read more
Today's visit was for a light meal before seeing Trans Siberian Orchestra. The Julia's Ceaser Salad was good. However, they had... issues with soda offerings. Ordered sweet tea, but never got it. The service was okay. Read more
First time checking out Häos, great selection of food including severa vegan/vegetarian options. We had several small... plates/appetizers and a flatbread along with a couple drinks. The entertainment was great and really makes this a unique dinnerspot. It would be great for a group grabbing a quick bite and cocktail before a concert or a nice date spot for some liveentertainment and entrees. Read more

We went there because of the happy hour and asked the waiter which beer is included for the happy hour. When we get the bill, we... where really surprised, because the bill was much higher. I complained it and at that time the waiter wasn't seen anymore andjust send us the manager. She told us that it was our fault and there was not even an accommodating. really bad customerservice.
