We have never had a bad deep dish experience. Four of us got the family size salad, and a large pizza, and we left with an... extra meal. The deep dish pizza does take about 30-45 minutes to cook, but their appetizers are all delicious as well. Read more

We ordered two small pizzas, but I think it was too much for two. The deep one was delicious ! An original Chicago deep pizza.... The only thing that I think they should improve it's not take your drinks for refill immediately, I didn't even drink itcompletely and the girl just took it and refilled again, refill is not free by the way. Absolutely worst services. Do not make reservation before going there. We made reservations. They want us to sit in the hot... under directly sun section. Even though other area has tables, not allowed to sit at those empty tables. After 20 minuteswithout waiter comes by, asked waiters walking by. No actions because the manager said only the designated server is allowed toserve the group. I am sure they would forcefully add the tip because it is a large group even though they deserve zero! Do notgo! Photo 1 showed the Horrible and rude manager. Photo two showed empty tables. Photo 3 showed the hot section the group isallowed to sit with temperature probably 90F there. The manager like guy disallowed any other waiters to assist the group. Heand his designated waiter will get the required tip I guess. My family and I have never had deep dish pizza so we decided to give Giordano?s a try and so glad we did. We had a custom deep... dish pizza, cheese bread and a meatball sub with Parmesan garlic fries. Food was amazing! Mo, our server was incredibly busy andstill seemed to do a fantastic job. Let me start off by saying that they would have received 5 stars if it wasn?t for the underwhelming nature of their sampler... appetizer dish. It was barely warm and honestly not as big as the waitress hyped it to be. I probably could have found microwaveoptions more appealing than what they gave. The pizza was AMAZING. You should 100% come here for pizza only!! I loved the pizzaand it was the best Chicago pizza in Orlando, FL that you didn?t have to schedule for, haha! The service was really great andeveryone was friendly. I hate being so mean about the appetizers but I just have to be honest. I rather have gotten a beer andwaited the 45 minutes than that again.
