Arrived at 9:50pm on 10/16/2022 and the doors were locked and employees were closing the restaurant. Signage on the door and the... Google hours of operation both stated open till 10:00pm. Ridiculous. Read more

Worst 5 guys I have been to. Five Guys is known for having amazing and fresh fries - Not the case with this location. The fries... at this location are often overly deep fried which causes them to be hard and dry. Absolutely distasteful! Im sure there arebetter restaurants in the area, I recommend avoiding this place. Read more
Food is always good. But they never, ever have your order ready when you get there. I have placed orders & purposely showed up... 15-20 minutes after the designated time for pickup & they still don't have it ready. They drop the fries in the fryer when youget there, so you end up waiting 10-15 minutes. They never apologize, they just have you stand there & wait. This isn't aone-off incident. I have placed at least 8 orders to this Five Guys location in the past 6 months & it's the same thing everysingle time. The staff needs training. Read more

Place was filthy, water all over floor in front of... sodas, restroom water all over floor tons of paper in toilet, finger prints all over windows and doors.
